  •  minimum of 25 people. A surcharge of  $12.00 per head will apply to smaller numbers.
  • This has proved a popular Menu, but should you have your own preferences, suggestions or dietary requirements I will be more than happy to accommodate you.
  • Add $12.00 per person for any additional choices.
  • Buffets require the service of one additional staff member to help prepare  and to clean up afterwards. ( charged at $40/hr, min 3 hours )
